This privacy policy explains how KLIC STUDIO handles personal data when you visit this site or use the contact form. Last updated: June 2026.
Data controller
The data controller is Théo Gautreau (KLIC STUDIO), reachable at contact@klicstudio.fr or via the Contact section form.
Data collected
Contact form: when you write to me, I receive your name, email address, and message content. No user account is created on the site.
Technical data: when submitting the form, an IP address may be used temporarily to limit abusive submissions (anti-spam). This data is not stored in a dedicated database.
Audience measurement: the site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights for aggregated traffic and performance statistics. No advertising profiling is performed and no advertising cookies are set for this purpose.
Purposes
- Reply to your enquiries and follow up on your project.
- Prevent abuse and automated form submissions.
- Measure site traffic and improve performance in an anonymised or aggregated way.
Legal basis
Processing your message relies on your consent (voluntary form submission) and on KLIC STUDIO’s legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Audience measurement relies on the legitimate interest of improving the site.
Recipients and processors
Your messages are emailed via Resend to KLIC STUDIO’s professional inbox. The site and analytics are hosted by Vercel. Site content is stored with Sanity.
Some providers may be located outside the European Union. Where applicable, they implement appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or equivalent).
Retention
Messages received via the form are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any commercial follow-up, then deleted or archived in line with applicable legal obligations. Rate-limiting data (anti-spam) is kept only briefly in server memory.
Cookies and trackers
This site does not set advertising cookies. Vercel Analytics operates without individual tracking cookies. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies; this does not block access to the site.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data. To exercise these rights, email contact@klicstudio.fr with your request.
You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in France: CNIL, cnil.fr).
Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or applicable law. The last updated date appears at the top of this page.
